galatek logo - long version

Remember that internship at Brandient i was talking about? Here's a bunch more stuff i did there. These images and those that follow are some of the things i did while there. This particular one is a project for (what i understood was) a company just starting-up. It was (or is) called Galatek and sold (or sells) manly foresting equipment such as chainsaws, buzz-saws, hand-saws and other such visceral implements. In view of this trait, i had originally designed buzzsaw-squirrel for these people, but it was rejected since someone called it too "sinister". You know... for the people who sell chainsaws. But it's just as well as far as i'm concerned, since now i get to keep it for myself. Ha-HAA!

But anyway, this is the long version of the logo i ended up doing.
