craii de curtea veche

This is an etching i did of the front of a store in Bucharest called "Craii de curtea veche". The store has been closed for many years, but is located in the oldest part of the city and i believe it must have first opened sometime in the first half of the 20th century. As such, it should be considered a landmark, but the red dot on the right side of the image is there to mark a building that is in very poor structural condition, and as such - very dangerous and liable to collapse at the smallest earthquake. Nobody seems to be doing anything about it, and that is just one of so very many such cases around Bucharest. The store itself is named after a rather famous romanian novel, about which you can learn more here.
